Winter is here, let’s be kind to others.
Our old winter clothes are of no use for now us!
But they can be really useful for the people who cannot afford it, who’re living a stray life. Your sweaters, jackets and shawls can give them a little warmth in this cold.
Karachi might not be as cold as other parts of the country but it is cold enough to make someone fall ill because of the cool air.
Yesterday, when I went out with my dad to get some stuff on a bike I came back home shivering because of the cold breeze outside and not to forget since then I had been sneezing up till now.
When we passed from a particular lane, I saw some people sleeping there on street without having anything beneath them neither on them but they were sleeping out of tiredness because they had been working the whole day to earn bread for the day. Also, the small kids sleeping crumbled near a wall in a hope that it would provide the warmth.
Now it’s is our duty to get them facilitated with the basic need of winters that is warm clothes. I’m not asking anyone to go and buy new clothes just take along your own and your kid’s old clothing that you don’t use anymore and just give them whenever a kid comes to clean your car’s windshield or a lady comes to sell you flower garland or anything. It would bring a smile on their face, also when they’ll wear it their heart will make a small prayer for you that can ease your problems.
Here’s a little thing we can do in the name of Humanity because of “burraiyaan to bohat hai mashray mein kuch achai ham aur ap milke phaila dete hain.”
