Tibetan monks do these exercise everyday and live longer than a hundred years
For warm up
Make 21 slow rotations clockwise.
Lie on your back press your chin to the chest area and lower your legs repeat 21 times.
Get on your knees put your hands on your hips tilting you had back and back as far as you can then learn forward pressing your chin to your chest repeat 21 times.
Sit on the floor tilt your head back where is your body so that your knees are bent and arms are straight repeat 21 times.
