Pakistan is very famous for historical places. Most of the foreigners visited this beautiful country because of loving nature and historical sites.
Moen Jo Daro
Also called mound of the dead discovered in 1922 by archaeologists. it is a famous historical place in the world. It was very civilized because the people who had lived in this valley developed very proper drainage system. This valley was nearby Indus river. Small homes made up of red bricks were found and people go there to see how in the early centuries people lived there.
Lahore fort or Shahi Qila developed by emperor Akbar. This is famous historical places of Pakistan. This fort is renovated by several Mughal, Hindu or Sikhs during their ruling periods. This fort consists of many small subdivisions. It consists of Diwan e aam or Diwan e Khas in which one is for the public meetings and the other one is for personal meetings. Shah Jahan builds this diwan e aam by 40 pillars which were later on damaged by Maharaja Ranjeet Singh younger son, who was fighting against his sister in law.
Badshahi mosque is located in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is located in the city of Lahore. It was built by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, this mosque structure is the same as Jamia Masjid Delhi in India which was built by Aurangzeb father. Maximum capacity of worshippers is approximately 55,000 in this Badshahi mosque. it is a very beautiful historical place.
Katas Raj Temples
Kata’s Raj temple is a Hindu worshipper place and his infrastructure is very charming. This temple is surrounded by ponds which are sacred for Hindus that Lord Shiva tears drop in this pond.
