If we are free is not that our brain is free too. We think frequently when we are on the term of “not working”. In this way we tired ourselves without doing any physical task. Therefore, stop laziness and do whatever you love to do in your free moments like; playing games, painting, reading, exercise, yoga, cooking, Swim in a lake, go for a hike etc. Thereby we’ll make ourselves able to control our thinking.
We often lose the opportunity to be happy with the reason of overthinking. The fact is that whenever we think excessively so, that unstoppable thinking push us toward the negative or fearful feelings.
