Tell them about your strengths in terms of your academic history, ability, work experience.
3. Why you want to work in our company?
Your answer should be like this, i want to join your company because I have to enhance my skills and give my best to your company growth.
4. Why did you leave your last job?
Never speak about major problem with previous work place and never speak bad about supervisors, co-workers of the organization. If you do, you will be considered bad employee. Always smile and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity to do something creative or forward-looking reasons.
5. Are you a team player?
Yes of course, you are a team player. You have specifics examples that determine your performance for the good of the team instead of for yourself are good evidence of your team attitude.
6. What is your greatest strength?
Just stay positive and tell few good examples: Your problem-solving skills, work under pressure, focus on projects, professional expertise, Your leadership skills etc.
7. How long would you work with us?
Simply say “As long as we both remain achievement oriented”.
8. Your resume shows that you are over-qualified or experienced for this position. What’s Your opinion?
Mention them a strong company needs a strong staff and a growing, energetic company can never have too much talent.
