Love! What’s that?
Happiness, joyness, freshness, being carrying, respecting, protecting and above all life. If I ask you the answer must be something similar to these points. So if we know what love is and how striking it makes our life then why have we blocked adoring ourselves? loving ourselves?
9 to 5 jobs, 5 to 6 social media, home chores, sleeping and repeating the same pattern again the next day. Do wealth and populace are important to us more than our self that we have no time to treat and love our self?
I think we earn money to take care of our needs and wants and we are doing it remarkably but for a good intellectual and corporeal health what we need most is love which we think of somebody else’s job to do but that somebody treats us like an choice which later fracture our heart and mess our life and direct us to distant from people. But still we believe to love our self isn’t our job.
Well in my belief it is. We don’t have to make others our main concern when they are not doing the same. Fairly we are letting others to love us when we should we don’t.
We should start appreciating and loving our self and believe me once we start loving our self, ultimately other things will fall on their places too. So want to know and advance the techniques of loving own self?
What you have to do first is:
- BE YOURSELF:
rather than following new fashion trends that don’t suits you and makes you scratchy be in attire you be fond of and is looking superior on you.
Same applies for the makeup.

- EXPRESS EMOTIONS:
if you are hurt because of someone’s actions tell them. slightly than being sweet and sugary to all breaks the portions and put people in category like close friends, colleagues, and unfamiliar.
- BELIEVE YOURSELF:
believe mean to trust. If you can trust others and their preference and decisions for you sure you can and you should trust your own self. Be the driver of your own car that is called life.
- PRAISE YOURSELF:
if your decision was right and it worked then rather than being praised raise your own hand to pat your shoulder and appreciate.
Good! You did well, keep going, and keep it up! Words like these will make you health in good shape and positivism will surround you.
- FORGIVE YOURSELF:
it’s aright. Mistakes happen. We are all humans not angels. If it didn’t go as you planed, if there is a previous mistake you made in life forgive yourself and roll over.You can’t stick with negative vibes for longer right? You have to move on.You have to roll over. If you don’t, it will bring you nothing good. Moss surely grows on things that stay exact.
These 5 points will just direct us but nothing will work until we cross the borders of our fears and be in a harmony of loving our self.
I think each of us should love our self because if we don’t then who else will?
The word is full of people who will judge us, question us but there are so less who will surely love us.
So don’t sugarcoat the dark chocolates of life because the bitter taste will remind you of sweetness, don’t secrete your errors, face them. Prove yourself to yourself only so when you see your reflection, your shoulder will be standing high showing your pride and you will be able to say I loved myself and I love my self fully.
