Coconut oil is a pure poison!!

Coconut oil is not the healthy cooking alternative at all!!
You may think it is the trendy edible oil with lots of health benefits BUT it is NOT!!
It has a saturated fat content of a whopping 80 % or more exceeding levels then these levels!!
While 72% of Americans believing that, coconut oil is healthy to consume, only 37 % of nutritionist think it is not.
Coconut oil raise levels of LDL cholesterol( low density lipids cholesterol) also known as bad cholesterol, more than other plant oils coconut oil contain one third more LDL then butter!!
Since there’s no known advantage of eating coconut oil, health experts suggest using oil with unsaturated fats like olive oil or vegetable oil which can lower LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol that is high density Leopard cholesterol or good cholesterol will promote health, and it is good in kind as well.
Many health expert suggest using coconut oil in a small quantity is good only if you are using it to moisturize your hands, not for eating 😉
