Hay, my beautiful readers as it is the season of exams and i know very well that here are a lot of people who take to much stress about their studies, result, course length and so on, but my all dear and dearest stress and depression is not the problems of all solution even when you take so much stress you brain starts to work improperly because the commends which our body neurons give to brain are disturb badly.
Due to stress you may suffer from a lot of diseases,
- depression caused by stress
- anxiety caused by stress
- migraine caused by stress
- loose of weight
- gaining of weight
- heart problem
These all are such kind of disease which you faces regularly because you taking stress either solving your issues you make it a big task, due to which its seems look like a shark when your routine is tough or stressful you have to take food properly fresh juices, fruits even your meal take at a time
Exercise to cool your brain
- Breathe deeply, sit in the relax position fold your legs and breathe deeply, exhale and inhale slowly slowly and try to forget your burden schedule for few minutes it seems to be very useful for all of you.
- listen music, listen your favorite music is also immediate mood change as when you listen solo or fast music your mind transfers other side and remove your stress.
