Here’s how the sleeping position of your body affect your health
Sleeping on your belly
The sleeping position is not recommend, specially for people who struggle with neck or back pain because it doesn’t provide any relief from the discomfort.
Sleeping on the back
Sleeping on your back usually provoke apnea and snoring which in turn affect the quality of your sleep and may lead to hypertension and cardiovascular issues.
Sleeping on right side
This is the most comfortable and the healthiest sleeping position of all, sleeping on side relieve your back pain neck and back pain and improve your digestion, to settle positions can prevent snoring but it doesn’t suit the back pain because the cost solutions increase the pain intensity and restricts diaphragm breathing rate.
Sleeping on left side
This position is highly recommended for pregnant women because the blood circulation which encourage the transport of nutrients all over the body is increased, sensations may trigger snoring and back pain but it is beneficial for reducing Acid Reflux.
It is quite common among couple because it is strength in their relationship because of stimulate the release of Oxytocin (female hormone)
