Summers have been an intensely hot since last two years in Pakistan. It is going worst yearly mainly due to global warming. People are suffering from it day by day. In Pakistan many people had died due to severe heat wave as people were unaware of this wave. But now it have been overcome due to awareness and awareness is spread through deeds, deeds of precaution.
There are precautionary measurements which can be helpful during heat waves or extreme hot summers. There are many ways of protection from heat waves. Some very important and easy to do step are:
PRECAUTIONS WHEN GOING OUT:
- Avoid going out for unnecessary reasons during noon.
- If going out keep yourself hydrated, stand in a shady place; cover your body from direct sunlight.
- Wear light color clothes.
- Cover your head when going out in extreme sunlight.
- Have a water bottle with you at anywhere you go.
- Take bath regularly.
PRECAUTIONS FOR MEAL:
- Drink a lot of water and fresh fruit juices.
- For meals try to take more vegetables than meat.
- Eating cucumber, tomatoes, yogurt, watermelon, pear, apricots, apples can be very helpful as they are easily available.
- Try to drink green tea rather than tea.
- Eat less oily food.
