A research on a new drug reveals that, when a patient had a spinal cord injury then, it will deactivated nerve pathway in partially-injured spinal cord this disturbed nerve-pathway will become a reason in development of paralysis in leg side of body and leave patients helpless without ability of walking!!

Methodology of experiment
Rats were injected with the compounds CLP-209 which in turn activated and increase the level of KCC-2 protein and thus, the neurones will start sending and receiving the signals and even mix of the signals also start to transmit and muscle received an excitatory signals!
Now a days limited number of complicated treatment options available for treating paralysis.
Such as installing electrical device on spinal-cord level which mimic signal transmission exactly as sent by brain.
