JINNAH UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN PLAYED THEIR PART IN PROMOTING RESEARCH CULTURE IN PAKISTAN
On 27th and 28th of February, 2018 Department of Business Administration of Jinnah University for Women conducted a well-organized 3rd Research Conference of Management Sciences. Coordinate by Ms.Shaista Khan and Mr. Muhammad Sajid under the Co-Chair Prof. Dr. Dilshad Zafar (Dean of faculty of Business Administration, Commerce and Economics) and Prof. Dr. Naeem Farooqui, (Vice Chancellor) at Muhammad Uzair Auditorium, Jinnah University for Women.
The conference was conducted is to promote the research culture in Pakistan and to provide a platform for multidisciplinary discussions and debates which is helpful for all organizations to withstand and compete in the National and International market. In the conference academicians and researchers present their views regarding current research required by society. Research Papers including the topics related to HR Management, Agricultural sectors, Monetary Policy etc. The conference is conducted in two sessional days,
DAY 1: The first day started with the recitation from The Holy Quran and National anthem then researchers are invited to present their research later the chief guest DR. DOST MUHAMMAD (Vice-Chancellor of Lasbela University Of Agriculture, Water and Marine Science) joined the research to deliver his speech.
DAY 2: On Second-day remaining researcher present their research and the session ends with the discussion panel of “Qualitative Research Versus Quantitative Research: The Current Trends in Academia” and also by distributing shields or certificate to organizers and presenters.
The research is evaluated by the panel members, Ms. Samiya Hameed (Iqra University), Ms. Shaista Khan (Chairperson of JUW), Mr. Raghib Zafar (Assistant professor of JUW), Ms. Uzma Rasool, Mr. Muhammad Sajid (Assistant Professor of JUW), Ms. Anam Qamar (Lecturer of JUW).
