Weekends are treats! Yes you have read it right. All of us wait for the weekends, we plan events, dinners, meet ups, shopping and so much more at the weekends. It’s is a fact that weekends are short lived and the dilemma is no matter how long your weekend seems Monday comes flying your doors uninvited. Monday mornings happens to be the hardest day of the week for almost everyone. Mothers struggle to send their children to school on Monday morning and working professionals have a hard time getting back to work after a short but relaxing yet happening weekend.
Let’s deal with the Monday blues with some of these easy tips.
Start your day with good and positive thoughts that it would be a good day ahead and I am going to have a wonderful day. Do something that makes you feel good about yourself and the way you start your Monday like do something that makes other appreciate your contributions in a way that makes your Monday well started and will make someone else’s Monday grand.
2.COOK SOME YUMMY BREAKFAST
Yes treat yourself good because it’s a start of a great working day, think like this and wake up to the idea of cooking your favorite yummy breakfast. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make your day important and have a great breakfast.
3.GET UP EARLY
Monday mornings are hard to get out of your comfy beds so try to sleep early on Sunday. The more sleep you get the better off you will be. You will feel refreshed on Monday.
Attitude is everything; it makes or ruins your whole day. If you wake up in a bad mood, you will have a bad day ahead and if you wake up in a good mood, you will give a great day. So get up take up take a relaxing shower and there you go!
Make a to do list, organize yourself, and get everything in order before Monday. Doing this will let you enjoy the weekend and you will not be in a rush on Monday morning and you will start the first day of the week breathing a little more calmly.
6.WEAR YOUR HEART OUT
Wear your best outfit, do make up and wear your favorite fragrance. Let Monday be your ME day, so dress up to impress YOURSELF.
Monday blues are obvious because of the lively weekend and the anxiety to get back to work again. Monday feels like a huge struggle after a not so long vacation but the truth is that no matter what, one has get back to work and wait for the next Friday to come.
