Well Well Well!!!! GOT Team is now showing us dreading fans a little mercy!
Just out of oven, freshly baked! Entertainment Weekly features breathtaking Jon Snow & ravishing Daenerys Targaryen for its November cover photo. For the latest issue of world’s popular media & entertainment EW has gone behind the scenes of the world’s most secretive sets ever.
The season that has the whole world dieing for has an epic battle to showcase that is yet to be shot in realms of Northern Ireland. Pertaining to the declared fact about the season that “Winter is not coming but actually is HERE”; we see Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington, the series heroine and hero giving a pose in heavy covered warm clothes at the sets of Game of Thrones being shot in heavy snow and chilling cold. The cover is an exclusive first look from the completed shoot of first 6 episodes of the season finale, there are still 6 episodes to be shoot.
As we all know that how Game of Thrones have always been on the hit list of spoilers, new theories, release of plots before the release and so on. So this time for the final season HBO has taken some serious steps to ensure the secrecy of final season, making it the world’s most secretive television series ever. The world is still making wild guesses about the release date of the season as according to HBO team they will plan it to release early July 2019 but no specification. The confidentiality is so undertaken that during the photo shoot Emilia & Kit boots are not allowed to be capture in the pictures in order to prevent any possible plot leakage, OUCH!!!!
Game of thrones final season is taking a bit longer to be completed as as compare to its rest of the season due to the fact that HBO along with secrecy, has actually set the higher standards of Quality. Cast & Crew are obsessed over the fact that each & every minute of the season counts; every moment should be captured with perfection, every detail should be deeply considered and when everything ends so it should be the epic end of an epic series in the history of world’s series. Some really huge commitments HUH!!!!
The Co-Executive Producer; Bryan Cogman says:
“It’s about all of these disparate characters coming together to face a common enemy, dealing with their own past, and defining the person they want to be in the face of certain death, It’s an incredibly emotional haunting bittersweet final season and I think it honors very much what [author George R.R. Martin] set out to do — which is flipping this kind of story on its head.”
Kit Harrington also added:
“It’s relentless; scenes that would have been a one-day shoot five years ago are now a five-day shoot, They want to get it right, they want to shoot everything every single way so they have options.”
Emilia Clarke agrees saying:
“[Camera] checks take longer, costumes are a bit better, hair and makeup a bit sharper — every choice, every conversation, every attitude, has this air of ‘this is it.’ Everything feels more intense.”
