Why we need to sleep?
Sleeping process is just like Refresh button in our p.c 😉
We need to sleep, to refresh our body system, which is tired because of working all day long 🙂
How much sleep we actually need?

Scientists have establish the connection between age and the required number of hours for a good night sleep!
The older a person is, the less amount of sleep recovery they need!
Lack of sleep can cause..
lack of sleep will weak our immunity, and can lead to complications for example exhaustion, change in hormone-function, cardiovascular diseases, Visual impairment, diabetes, depression etc 🙁
Sleep deprivation negatively affect body and mind as a result person gains weight, feel a lack of concentration and a decrease in everyday efficiency.
Amount of sleep we actually need
Children under 18 years old should sleep more than 8 hours a night, a young adult 18 to 25 and adults 26 to 64 should sleep not less than 7-9 hours, after the age of 65 a person usually need just 7-8 hours of sleep!!
But don’t forget that every person has their own individual need which may differ from others 🙂
How to improve quality of sleep
- don’t over eat before bed time.
- choose a comfortable bed to sleep.
- don’t drink drink caffeinated drinks before going to bed, instead drink chamomile tea before going to bed.
- create a pleasant atmosphere in bedroom by a few Aroma candles, a soft blanket and fluffy pillows.
If you can’t fall asleep try simple relaxation techniques..
For example, lie on your back hug your knees and exhale-out! Breathe deeply and stay in the position for a minute.
