Beat the Heat with these simple summer care tips
Summers are among most of the harsh seasons faced by us and we go through many changes in our physical appearance too usually we hear ” rang khrab horha hy” i.e. our skin is getting tan and we’re getting a number of other problems as well..
These are the few tips for avoiding all our issues and summer related problems:
1. Exfoliate your body
Our body replaces cells everyday at a regular rate and if you don’t get them removed you’ll have dull, dry and ill-looking skin. No lotion can make your skin glow if you’re still having dead cells. Grab a good scrubber and while in shower, rub that on your skin in circular manner and repeat this thing twice or thrice a week.
2. Sunscreen is a must
Never reuse sunscreen from previous year and always buy a new one at the beginning of summers and your product should have UVA and UVB along with SPF30 and SPF70. And don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen every 1-2 hours.
3. Go for minimal make-up
During summers less make-up is best. Under this scorching sun it’s always to go for natural looks. Don’t apply foundation let your skin breath and for lip-care you can use a good lip gloss. And eye makeup is a thing which has to be avoided.
4. Water should be your best friend
Minimum 8 glasses of water should be a part of your daily routine. Drink a glass of water after every 30 minutes to have a glowing skin, reduce toxicity and acidity of your body and avoid many other health issues.
5. Avoid excessive eating
Yes you should avoid eating excessive oily food and opt for having light and easy to digest food.
