As you guys know nowadays there is extreme weather condition in Karachi, where the temperature hit 43 or 44’C , and everyone is suffering a lot because of this extreme temperature, and also it is a Holy month of Ramadan, where all the Muslim keep fast, which means no eating and drinking, and the weather also not showing mercy on us.
As the result of this bad weather or heat stroke a great number of people lost their live, and rest are suffering from this, so there are following steps for the prevention from this condition
- CONSUME MORE WATER:
For the prevention from the extreme weather, one should take more water than the normal days, as this is the Holy month of Ramadan, so try to drink more water in Sehr o Aftar, this will make your body hydrated, and make the habit of drinking salted milk (lassi) in the sehrialso.
- AVOID HUMIDITY:
As we know that the temperature is increasing high, a main reason behind it is humidity, there is lots of humidity in our environment which makes the environment more hot which further cause difficulty in breathing, so the thing we have to do for the prohibition of this, is to make sure the place where you are sitting, keep an open glass full of water, by doing this the water will trap the humidity and further make it easy to breathe
- MAKE USE OF LIGHT/LOOSE FITTING CLOTH:
During the extreme temperature, try to avoid tight or dark colored clothes, these type of clothes traps the heat and make you suffer lot, so in this condition, always use light loose fitting clothes
- AVOID FAST FOOD:
Try to avoid the consumption of fast food during this bad temperature,because this type of food are very heavy and oily as well, and cause the cholestrol level high, which further lead to heart attack or stroke
