Carrying baggage of the things you did in the past or you went through them only make you weak, you need to lift it and dump it off. These things only make you walk slowly and make you look back always, they keep you pulling back.
If you carry weight more than you can carry you end up walking slow or not walk at all. Past is that baggage you need to learn from and get over it. What matters in the present and about your future you don’t know what it holds, you don’t know if you’ll be alive to live the next moment!
We walk out of our home daily, we see people doing their respective work but they’re so busy in their work that they’ve almost forgotten to live life. They are either bugged by their past or tensed about their future.

A negative mind can never process something positive. You’ll never be able to reach to something peaceful if your drive through negativity.
You do not need to feel guilty about the choices that you have made, own them. Once you start owning your choices you’ll feel a lot better.
Never, I repeat never expect anything from anyone because that’s when you stop making expectations from your own self because you start depending on others for your happiness. Once you start doing that you’ll never be able to stay happy in your own skin.
You do not have to worry about what others do. It’s totally their call to do whatever they want to do in their respective lives. Never take their fault on you, what they did to themselves and the consequences faced by them it’s totally their call.
