- Drink plenty of water it will help to flush out all toxins from your body and give you healthy skin 🙂
- Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables as much as you can because they are rich in vitamins and minerals a.k.a Skin Food 😉
- Properly Cleansed your skin before going to bed otherwise make-up residue will clog your pores and thus results in the development of Acne 🙁
- Use Vitamin E based cream or lotion as moisturizer before going to bed it will help to rejuvenate your skin and slow downs aging process 🙂
- At Day time use Good Sun-screen having 30+ SPF to protect your skin from harmful U.V rays
- Drink one glass of milk daily because it is rich in vitamins and minerals, small pack full of nutrition 😊
- Use good Facewash according to your skin type to wash your face twice daily followed with moisturizing your skin with appropriate cream I.e.oil based for dry skin and water based for oily skin 🙂
