Here are some yoga poses to get a firm and beautiful breasts 🙂
The warrior pose
It helps you to extend your thorax, and make it elastic and active.
Place your feet wide apart parallel to each other and bend your left leg, and keep the right leg straight. Raise your arm, put them in a line with your shoulders, turn your head left looking slightly up.
Repeat 7 to 10 times on each side.
The triangle pose
It helps to relief and strengthen your thorax, stretch your spine and improves your blood flow.
Place your feet wide apart inside, turn the left foot 90° and the right foot 15 degrees, touch your left ankle with your left hand and stretch your right arm on upward side, keep your arm and spine straight, turn your face up and look at your fingers.
Repeat with the other side as well.
The cobra pose
It helps to increase the lung volume, stretch the thoracic muscles and improve your posture.
Lie on your stomach and inhale deeply, slowly raise up with your hands, but keeps your lower body to the floor, raise your head and look up, slowly breathe out and go to initial position.
Gradually increase time you stay in that pose.
The boat pose
It help stretch the whole Spine and beautifully shape your breast.
Lie on your back, breathe out band your body and raised arm behind you to your head, hold your ankle with your hands, slowly breathe out and pull your legs and arms upward as far as you can, lift your hips and breast from the floor, balance on your stomach.
Hold the position for 30 seconds.
The wheel pose
It helps you stretch your thorax, Spine and neck and all the back area.
Lie down on your back, place your feet apart, more than shoulder width, then pull them to your buttocks and put your hand behind your head, put down your palms on floor with your fingers pointing to your back, breathe out and raise your breast and hip as high as you can.
Straight your arm completely, hold position for about 30 seconds.
