Biryani is the king of food. Karachi is famous for offering some mouthwatering and delicious biryani. Biryani is considered as the National food in our country. 1. BOMBAY BIRYANI
This is the classic type and the most common one. This type of biryani was originated from India. Made up with some delicious species, meat, potato and rice, this dish is simply flavor bursting and great thus is universally loved.
2. SINDHI BIRYANI

3. MEMONI BIRYANI
This type of biryani is developed by our very own Memon community. This is the spicier version of biryani. It is rich and colorful and it owes its brightness to the generous amount of species and vegetables that are added in the dish.
4. KACHCHI BIRYANI
This is a unique type of biryani and made with some variation and special methods of preparation. The meat is marinated before being added to the dish. Preparing this dish is a challenging task as it requires meticulous attention to avoid over or undercooking of the meat as the meat is sealed in a pot for cooking.
5. MUGHALI BIRYANI
This biryani is a special one, which has a royal feeling. This biryani is made with meat and infused with saffron seasoning. Loaded with rich spices and flavors you feel like a King or a Queen of the day when this royal mughali biryani is served.
