Human nature is a blend of emotions which are at times in control of us and sometimes we find ourselves to be in control of them. We experience hundreds of things in our daily life yet able to recall only two or three ft hose at the end of the day. Unknowingly every act happening around us have some positive or negative influences on our mind. This is how you start feeling good or bad, pleased or depressed, excited or dull in the same day. What we think turns out to be how we feel. Now we will try to eradicate the root cause of feeling depressed and to control our emotions while setting us apart from the negativity.
- Have a blind faith on Allah!
No matter what, at some point in life you have to leave everything on fate and hope for the best results. You need to accept that not everything can be in your control and it is not possilbe to fix all the odds in life but sometime you have to wait, act patient and think for the best results you may get out of it.
2. Keep yourself engaged
Think of the favourite things that you would love to do at anytime of the day. You might feel good when you write, draw, paint, cook, shopping or any other activity that gives you pleasure. Make sure to keep yourself as busy as you can. The more you do positive things the lesser you would think towards the negative.
3. Help people around you!
God has created us in such manner that it very rare to see people being satisfied and grateful in what they have. We always look for more and to every signle person around us who have more than us. This is what makes majority of us to be depressed in what we possess. Being grateful is the key to happiness. Try to look at the people who are below you either financially or relatively. The broader your vision would be the more you will remain optimistic towards life.
